The Womb Wellness Experience is a thoughtfully curated afternoon created to support women navigating endometriosis, PCOS, fertility challenges, IVF, and hormonal imbalance.

This intimate gathering offers a calm, nurturing space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and explore gentle practices that support womb and hormonal wellbeing guided by experienced practitioners in a safe, supportive environment.

Throughout the afternoon, you’ll be held in a carefully designed experience that blends restorative movement, breath-led practices, and education-informed womb care, alongside nourishing food and a wellness juice bar to support the body from within.

This event is suitable for women at any stage of their fertility or hormonal health journey and is designed to feel inclusive, grounding, and deeply supportive, whether you are actively trying to conceive, undergoing IVF, managing chronic conditions, or simply seeking rest and reconnection.
