Format

It’s for founders, creators, and companies of one who enjoy meaningful conversation, but don’t love traditional networking. People who work independently, think deeply, and value connection that feels natural rather than performative.

We begin and end with tea to help us arrive, settle our nervous systems, and leave feeling grounded. In between, we talk, and spend time in small groups or one-to-one, letting conversation unfold at its own pace.

There’s no agenda, no pitching, and no pressure to introduce yourself or explain what you do. You’re welcome to speak when it feels right, or simply pause and listen.

Most people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and quietly energised – with new perspectives, real connection, and the sense that they don’t have to carry their thinking alone.

You don’t need to be a tea expert. Tea is simply the anchor that helps us slow down and be present together.
