The Fly (1986) at Glossop Cinema Club

Real-life (at the time) couple Jeff Goldbum and Geena Davis lead David Cronenberg's incredible reimagining of the 1950s B-horror The Fly, transforming both its star and the original film into something wholly iconic and unforgettable!

When brilliant scientist Seth Brundle (Goldblum) invites reporter Ronnie (Davis) to his lab she's expecting the usual smoke and mirrors, but what Brundle has created has the potential to change the world.

Unfortunately, following a slight mishap involving a rogue presence in his invention (the titular fly), things begin to fall apart... And by things I mean Seth Brundle.

Alongside the film there will be the usual Glossop Cinema Club malarkey, including an intro, prizes, and short films.
