1. Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the event due to illness, COVID, or any other reason?

Unfortunately, according to our policy, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. However, you have the option to resell or transfer your tickets since we do not require names for entry. Please note that contracting COVID or any other illness does not qualify for a refund.

2. I haven’t received my tickets/confirmation email. How can I find it?

In many instances, guests who are unable to locate their tickets may find that their email address was misspelt. Additionally, if you used PayPal or Apple Pay, your tickets may have been sent to the email address associated with those accounts. 3. Can my tickets be transferred to another event?

If there is availability, ticket transfers are possible. Please contact us at In many instances, guests who are unable to locate their tickets may find that their email address was misspelt. Additionally, if you used PayPal or Apple Pay, your tickets may have been sent to the email address associated with those accounts. If you still cannot find your tickets, please contact us at info@enchantedvoicesofficial.com for further assistance. However, if the event is sold out, we cannot accommodate a transfer as there are no available spaces left.

4. Will there be more tickets available if the event is sold out?

If the event is sold out, we will not release any additional tickets or sell them at the door due to maximum capacity and health and safety regulations.

5. Is there a waiting list for sold-out events?

We do not have a waiting list. However, you can check for resale tickets on Twickets, an official fan-to-fan ticket resale platform.

6. Do you offer concessions for disabled attendees?

Yes, we provide a free Personal Assistance ticket for registered disabled individuals upon receiving supporting documents such as PIP or Access Card. Please contact us at info for assistance.

7. Is the venue accessible?

Our events take place in various locations across the UK. Please check the venue's website for information on accessibility.

8. I purchased an Access ticket. Where is the ticket for my Carer?

The Access ticket already includes an entry for your Carer, meaning that 1 ticket admits 2 people.

9. Is there a dress code?

There is no strict dress code for the event. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. However, if the event is being held in a cathedral, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing high heels as they may cause damage to the cathedral flooring.

Please note that in-line with normal consumer standards for ticket purchases, tickets for Enchanted Voices are non-refundable, unless we move the event or cancel it. Should you no longer be able to attend, you are welcome to gift your tickets onwards as we do not use names on the tickets as a condition of entry.
