THDA 2026 Spring HUD Housing Counseling EXAM Boot Camp

This training will walk through the following six modules: financial management, fair housing, foreclosure, housing affordability, homeownership, and tenancy. It will also review how to register and study for the exam through the HUD Housing Counselors website. A light breakfast from 8:30 am to 8:45 am and full lunch will be provided each day. Meeting & Event Parking:

To help preserve availability in our main lot for CFMT staff and their scheduled visitors, we ask that all guest parking for meetings and events take place in the designated areas listed below during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM):

• CFMT Lower Lot: accessible via Belmont Blvd. (look for the “Overflow Parking” sign and opened metal gates)
• YWCA Lower Parking Lot: accessible via Woodmont Blvd.
