Tejas Dinesh Dhoke is one of India’s most dynamic dance educators, choreographers, and cultural entrepreneurs, known for transforming dance from performance into a powerful system of learning, healing, and global community building. A former law professional turned full-time dance visionary, Tejas is the Founder & Director of DanceFit Studio — India’s fast-growing dance learning ecosystem that combines structured training, certification pathways, dance fitness, and mental wellness through movement. Through his platforms, thousands of students across India and abroad learn not just how to dance, but how to live through dance. Tejas is widely recognized for pioneering concepts like Nritya Sadhana (Dance for Mental Health), integrating dance, breathwork, and mindfulness into a transformative practice. His programs range from beginner confidence journeys to professional dance certifications, teacher training courses, and creator mastery systems — all designed to make high-quality dance education accessible, structured, and deeply meaningful.
