Teen & Tween Thai Street Food Workshop

Teen & Tween Cookery Workshops (Suitable for 10 year olds and up)

At the cookery school here in Howth Castle, we have collated a series of workshops to teach and inspire your kids to cook modern, relevant and interesting food at home.

The 2-hour session will consist of hands-on instruction with one of our professional chefs, with a focus on fun, safety, step-by-step recipe review, and preparation.

The Teen/Tween and their parent or guardian will have an opportunity to enjoy what they created, along with a warm mug of hot chocolate (or a glass of milk if preferred)!

Teens & Tweens must be accompanied by a ticket-holding Parent or Guardian over 18.

Thai Street Food Cookery Workshop

Our Thai street food cookery workshops will give you a clear understanding of these flavours by incorporating ingredients such as lemongrass, tamarind, lime leaves, galangal, chillies and nam pla.

With our chefs to guide you, you will learn to balance and adjust flavours and master the cooking of true, authentic Thai food at home.

Join this hands-on workshop to cook some familiar and new dishes, and then sit down to enjoy the benefits of your newly learned skills at the cookery school long table.
