Take Care: A Healing Space for Black Women

Take Care is a soft place to land.

This gathering is created specifically for Black women who are tired of holding it all together — at work, in relationships, in predominantly white spaces, in a city like Denver where we are often the only one in the room.

Here, you don’t have to explain yourself. You don’t have to code-switch. You don’t have to perform strength.

Through guided breathwork, gentle movement, intentional rest, and meaningful conversation, we’ll reconnect to what so many of us have been separated from: our intuition, our power, and each other.

This is a space to:

• Exhale deeply
• Be witnessed without being judged
• Remember who you are beneath the pressure
• Build real community with women who understand

Rest is not laziness. Softness is not weakness. Community is medicine.
