About This Event

5Rhythms® Sweat Your Prayers following however your body wants to move in the moment. Guided by music from around the world. 2-4pm.

Searching for places within to tune into your gentle aliveness. Inviting your playful quirky self...your stubborn mind...your rushed breath...welcome every part of you. Arriving in your fully breathing & present body, completing your energy wave.

The only instructions are guided Bodyparts to connect you back into your energy body. During the class, you will follow a Wave of your own dancing energy, along with music from all over the world. Every Wave starts off with breathing in life, experiencing FLOWING movements, followed by STACCATO fiery expressions. We learn to shake it all off in CHAOS and free ourselves into lighter LYRICAL movements. We finish our dancing Wave with STILLNESS, allowing our attention to rest in the present moment.

This 5Rhythms Sweat Your Prayers class will be held by Eliza Bouwens certified 5Rhythms teacher since 2016.
