Sutton Coldfield Sound Bath – Deep Relaxation & Rest

Join us for a 45–60 minute sound bath held in Canwell, an easy and peaceful location for those travelling from Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth and Birmingham.

This immersive session uses gongs, singing bowls and frame drum to support deep relaxation and nervous-system calm. You’ll be guided into a comfortable resting position and invited to simply relax as sound and vibration gently wash over you.

No experience needed — just arrive, lie down and rest.

About the Facilitator

Andrew Elson is the founder of Shaman’s Rest and an experienced sound practitioner.

His sessions are calm, grounded and welcoming, creating a safe space for people to slow down, release tension and reconnect. Andrew’s work blends nature-based practices with modern sound techniques, making his sound baths deeply soothing and accessible.

What to Bring

• Yoga mat or something to lie on

• Blanket for warmth

• Small pillow or cushion (optional)

• Warm, comfortable clothing

• Water for after the session
