About This Event

Conference assembling otolaryngology residents, fellows, and early career faculty to focus on keys to research success.

2-day "boot camp style" annual conference assembling promising otolaryngology residents, fellows, and early career faculty for a host of lectures, workshops, and panels that focus on keys to research success. This conference is designed to motivate participants and provide them with the tools needed to achieve success in translational research.

Registration required by June 29, 2026.


TRAVEL GRANT APPLICATIONS NOW AVAILABLE!

A select number of travel grants in the amount of $1,000.00 each are available. To apply, applicants are asked to submit a letter of support from their Department Chairman and their CV. Please visit the application submission page by May 29, 2026.

ROOM BLOCK & HOTEL STIPEND

There will be a block of rooms at The Kimpton Aertson. The Aertson is located downtown Nashville, within walking distance of the conference location at Vanderbilt Medical Center campus.

Online booking link and nightly room rates coming soon.

The Symposium will offer a hotel stipend for registrants who apply, and it will be available until the room block is full. Details to come by February 2026.
