About the exhibition:

Rise is the first major solo museum exhibition by LR Vandy, transforming The Weston Gallery into an immersive sculptural environment. Known for her powerful, material‑led practice, Vandy works primarily with rope and found materials to explore themes of resilience, community, movement and collective joy.
