Hello Southern University Alumni, Students and Supporters,

Welcome to the 43nd Annual Bayou Bash!

We invite you to help us raise scholarship funds at our signature Bayou Bash, taking place on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at the African American Museum of Dallas. The Bayou Bash draws Southern University alumni and supporters from around the country, providing a nostalgic campus feel, with a touch of Louisiana culture. These important scholarship funds are used to support our deserving North Texas students attending Southern University. Because of your support, the SUAF-Dallas Chapter awarded over $40,000 in scholarship funds during the 2025-2026 school year.
