This is not your average yoga event — and that’s very much intentional.

Join us for an evening of gentle yoga, guided meditation, and relaxed arts & crafts, designed to help you unwind, connect, and actually enjoy yourself.

We’ll start with a grounding yoga flow suitable for all bodies and experience levels, followed by a short meditation to help you fully switch off from the week. Once we’ve moved and settled, we’ll transition into a creative arts & crafts session — and this is where things get a little more social. When the crafting begins, the bar will open, and you’re welcome to grab a drink and enjoy creating in a laid-back, pressure-free environment.

fter the session, you’re more than welcome to stay on, have another drink, and turn it into a proper relaxed night out — the venue will be open as usual.
