The calming wave-like tones of crystal alchemy soundbowls naturally support the body in settling into deep rest. Many people notice tension soften and the nervous system downshift into a calmer, more grounded state.

Sound and vibration have been used across cultures for centuries to support balance, presence, and overall well-being. Each experience is personal. Most leave feeling lighter and more present.

WHAT TO BRING

Dress comfortably. You’re welcome to bring a blanket, pillow or mat. Several meditation cushions are also available to use.

FLOW

Welcome introduction and intention setting, followed by a warm flavanol-rich cacao drink.

Dan Stewart will guide a brief grounding meditation.

Sara Galaso, licensed therapist, will then lead the sound experience using crystal alchemy soundbowls.
