Startup Fashion Week™ - Model Casting

Startup Fashion Week™ is coming back this Spring!

MODEL SEARCH: We are looking for female, male and a few androgynous models who would like to volunteer to walk in our runway show on April 17.

THEME: Our theme this year is 'In Bloom', a play on words to describe how the experience of starting a business is like watching a seed develop into a flower.

Models must be 18+

Please arrive 10 minutes before your audition time to register. Once you audition - if we approve of your walk and a Designer would like to fit you for one of their looks they will take you to do a fitting on site. This does not mean you have been officialy selected. We will notify all successful candidates a few days after the casting to ensure there are no logistical conflicts with selections.

SFW ALUMNI MODELS - if you have walked for us before and would like to be considered again, please send an email to executive producer Jodi Goodfellow (info@startupfashionweek.com) - and indicate your name, what year you walked and what Designer(s) you walked for. She will send you a separate link to register - you will still do your walk for designers to select. There will be no registration fee since you have been vetted by us previously.

FEE: The registration fee is to avoid 'no-shows' and to ensure reliability / credibility of those who are genuinely interested in participating. All funds go towards covering pizza costs for models at the show.

NOTE: There is no minimum height requirements. All models are welcome to audition.

DRESS CODE: Please wear all black.

HEADS HOTS: We will be taking head shots of everyone who auditions - no need to bring photos with you. Please wear shoes that you can walk in.
