Spring Sadhana // Hatha with Hazel

To celebrate Ostara, spring equinox, a time when day and night are in perfect, equal balance, lets take an opportunity to pause and connect into our true nature by sharing a full Hatha Yoga practice including:

• A short Satsang (spiritual lecture)
• Followed by a full body asana practice (physical postures)
• Savasana (deep relaxation)
• Pranayama (breath work)
• Meditation
• and closing with some guided chanting

The class is suitable for everyone, including beginners.

Pay what you can :

This event is on a pay-what-you-can sliding scale. Please decide in what category you fall and what you might be able to contribute. Tiers are:

• £10 - Concession Tier 1
• £18 - Sustainable Tier 2
• £25 - Generous Tier 3

Note: Please do not donate on the keypad at the centre, payment can be offered in cash, through eventbrite when booking, or transferred directly to Hazel. About the Facilitator : Hazel Watson

I aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, so that no matter your body type, age or level of experience, everyone can benefit from the gifts of yoga. I have a holistic approach including the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies in my classes, encouraging you to strengthen the body, calm the mind and uplift the spirit, and offering a safe space for you to accept whatever is arising.
