Welcome to the PostPartum Singing with Carrie & Audrey — a gentle, joyful class created especially for new Mums.

During the four week block we’ll explore soothing breathwork, relaxed vocal warm-ups, fun songs to sing together, introduce simple harmonies designed to help you unwind, connect and feel good. You don’t need any musical background, you don't need any singing experience at all.

It’s about being together, learning some new skills, releasing endorphins, feeling good and creating something fun and magical as a community.

🎶 What To Expect Each Week:

• A warm, welcoming atmosphere
• Learn about breathing benefits & techniques
• Gentle group vocal warm ups
• Simple harmonies (fully supported)
• Relaxation time
• Zero pressure, zero performance
• You will never be asked to sing alone
• Emotional releases are welcome and supported

At the end of the block, we'll record the songs that we've learned together and send it to you so you'll have a copy to be proud of and a keepsake to cherish forever.

• 10:30am for 90 mins
