Spring Herbal Remedies

In this workshop we will go on a short herb walk around Falkland to identify herbs that can be foraged as herbal remedies in the Spring.

We will bring some back to taste and prepare into herbal remedies that can be used to support your health and well-being.

There is a theme of cleansing and detox with the herbs that can be found at this time of year, so we will explore this too - spring tonics!

We will focus on 5 main herbs that are commonly available this time of year.

After the workshop I hope you will have increased confidence to safely identify and collect your own herbs and be able to prepare some simple, but effective remedies.

Suitable for over 12's and this space can only be accessed by stairs, but please get in touch if this affects you being able to attend.
