Spring Fling. A Spring Break Wellness Event - Downtown Nashville

Join us on Sunday, March 15th from 11am-1pm in our 3rd floor event space for a wellness event to kick off your spring.

This event will start with a 45-minute mat pilates class led by BODYROK at 11am. After class, hang around for a complimentary B-12 vitamin shot from Nashville Skin Studio, a free facial spray tan from Let's Glow Nashville, and samples from Curious Elixirs and Applied Nutrition Supplements.

Strengthen your core, improve posture, and enhance flexibility with our Mat Pilates class. Designed for all fitness levels, this low-impact workout focuses on controlled movements that target deep abdominal muscles, increase body awareness, and promote overall balance and stability. The BODYROK dynamic, muscle sculpting sequence of hybrid Pilates movements are designed to ROK YOUR BODY to the core.

This workout is typically done on a Bodyrok reformer machine, but for this special outdoor class, we've adapted it for the mat—bringing the same challenging, core-focused moves to a fresh, open-air setting. Using just a mat and your own body weight, you'll move through a series of exercises that build strength, elongate muscles, and support joint health—all while cultivating a mind-body connection. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a strong foundation for functional movement and long-term wellness. The BODYROK experience is designed to increase your energy level and boost your metabolism even after you leave.

A limited amount of mats will be available to borrow. Please bring your own mat if you can!
