Spring Equinox Yoga Workshop

As we leave the season of hibernation and rest, we welcome back the light and awaken to the magic of Spring and new beginnings.The Equinox brings equal parts of day and night, we are reminded to find balance through Yin and Yang. We need both to find inner harmony.

We will clear away anything from the last season, and get ready to work with the energy of Spring.This is an intimate cosy event at a luxury new venue. This is yoga that extends beyond asana, honouring spirituality.

Energising prananyama, Chakra cleansing Hatha yoga flow, Restorative yin session, Guided meditations, Journalling and intention setting, Lots of herbal tea and a nourishing snack
