The Spring Equinox marks a seasonal threshold—a moment of balance between light and dark, and the beginning of spring’s gentle emergence. This evening practice is an invitation to pause, settle, and meet the new season with intention.

Spring Equinox Evening Reset is a calming, restorative experience designed to help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect inward, and create space for what’s ready to grow.

We’ll move through a therapeutic Yin Yoga practice, followed by guided Yoga Nidra and a spring-inspired visualization. The evening will close with a short sound-infused Savasana and a simple seasonal ritual—an opportunity to reflect on what you want to nurture as spring begins.
