As we approach the spring equinox, we are called into harmony with the inherent cycles of nature, as the light and darker days meet as equals, and the masculine & feminine are invited into balance.

We would like to invite you to join us for a day retreat, “BALANCE,” to honour both the light and the dark and to celebrate the renewal of a new cycle. We come together in the space in between the old that is shedded and the new that is yet to arrive.

We will be exploring themes of balancing the masculine & feminine within, the Yin & Yang. We will also be exploring the space in between, the pause, as well as themes from self-abandonment to discernment, to bring more harmony into our lives.
