The Spring Equinox is a rare pause point in the year, a moment of balance between light and dark, rest and movement, what has been and what is beginning to stir. Held in the evening, this Breathwork and Sound Bath experience invites you to slow down and meet the season right at that threshold.

We will begin with gentle somatic breathwork to help release the heaviness of winter and reconnect you with your body in a grounded, supported way. This is a time to listen inward, soften tension, and notice what feels ready to shift as the season changes.

From there, the experience flows into a deeply immersive Sound Bath. The vibration and sound offer space for integration, helping the body and nervous system settle into balance while supporting a sense of clarity and steadiness.

This is not about pushing forward or forcing new beginnings. It is about honoring the still point before momentum takes over. A night to pause, recalibrate, and align with the natural rhythm of change.
