Spicy Vinyasa Flow | Community Yoga at VibrantLife Center

Hi, my name is Ashley. I’m a yoga instructor based in San Diego, and I’m excited to begin offering community classes as a way to expand my offerings and create space for connection.

These classes are an expression of what truly makes my heart happy: exploring how creative, music-driven movement can build strength, confidence, and joy. We’ll move in a way that feels fluid and expressive, sometimes like a dance, while staying grounded in breath as our steady guide.

Expect a spicy vinyasa flow set to an energizing playlist, with options offered to support all levels. My intention is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you can explore challenge, presence, and play, and leave feeling empowered, connected, and uplifted by movement, music, and community.

Schedule:
Classes are held every third Thursday of the month, 8:00–9:00 AM at VibrantLife Center. Each session is an individual class, so you can register for one or multiple dates that work for you.
