Session 2 builds directly on the foundations from Session 1 and focuses on something essential before going any deeper: protection and energetic safety.

Protection & Energetic Safety

Before we cast, manifest, or work intentionally with magic, we need to understand how to protect our energy and work safely.

This session is about learning how to hold yourself, your energy, and your spellwork in a way that feels steady, contained, and empowering rather than overwhelming.

This session is beginner-friendly and suitable even if you didn’t attend Session 1.

What we’ll explore

• What protection actually means in ritual and spellwork
• The difference between fear-based protection and grounded protection
• Energetic boundaries and personal space
• How to avoid feeling drained, open, or scattered after ritual work
• Simple protection practices you can use daily

Hands-on practice

This is a practical session, not just theory.

Together we will:

• Ground and centre as a group
• Learn a simple protection technique you can use anywhere
• Practise opening and closing energy gently and intentionally
  
  You’ll leave with a practical tool you can continue using in your own time.

What to expect

• A calm, supportive group environment
• Clear guidance and space for questions
• No pressure to share personal experiences
• No prior experience needed
  

Please bring water, journal and a crystal, piece of jewelry or something you’d like to enchant for protection

• You sometimes feel energetically sensitive or drained
• You want to learn magic in a safe, grounded way
• You’re building confidence in your practice
