Looking to meet like-minded people in San Diego? Whether you're new to the city or simply ready to expand your social circle, our Social Circles Speed Friending & Networking Party is the perfect place to start.

In just 60 minutes, you'll meet more interesting people than you might in a whole month on your own! This lively, low-pressure event is designed for those who want to build genuine friendships, expand professional contacts, or simply have fun in a vibrant, welcoming setting.

• Multiple rounds of speed socializing
• Fun, structured activities to spark real conversations

Whether you're here to make new friends or meaningful connections, you're guaranteed to leave with a list of people you’ll want to see again.

🕖 Event Schedule:

• 7:00 PM – Check-In & Registration
• • Receive your name tag and a Social Sheet — your personal list to track people you’d like to connect with after the event.
  • Choose up to 3 colored stickers that reflect your interests:
  • • 🟢 Green = Outdoors
    • 🔴 Red = Arts & Literature
    • 🔵 Blue = Travel(More options available at check-in)
  • These stickers go on your name tag, helping you instantly spot shared interests in the room.
• 7:15 PM – Icebreaker Game
• Get the room buzzing and break the ice before the speed rounds begin.
• 7:30 PM – Speed Socializing Rounds
• You’ll engage in fast-paced 6-minute one-on-one chats with a variety of guests — both men and women.
• Use our conversation prompt cards or your own questions to guide the dialogue.
• You’ll only exchange contact info via the Social Sheet — so no pressure!
• 8:30 PM+ – Open Mingling at the Bar
• Stay and hang out with your favorite new connections.
• After the Event:Submit your Social Sheet to our Speed Match Service — we’ll help facilitate follow-ups with your mutual matches.

📋 Event Rules:

• You may give out your own info — but don’t ask others for theirs directly.
• No last names.
• No asking for dates during the event — if the connection is mutual, you'll reconnect afterward.
• Anyone promoting real estate deals, pyramid schemes, or behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave.

• Cost: $20 in advance / $25 at the door (includes all activities)
• Ages: 30s+
• Location: Venue details provided upon RSVP
• Parking: Ample street parking and nearby public lots available
• Can I Come Alone? Absolutely! Most of our guests do — it's the best way to meet new people.
