Soundscapes: Relaxation Sound Bath

Let go of stress and tension and allow the sound to bring you into a state of relaxation. This small in-person event (10 people max) is the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and connect with stillness.

Session overview

• We will start with some gentle movement on the mat.
• Followed by approx 40 minutes of listening to the Gong, Crystal Bowls , Voice and other instruments: lying down comfortably for the duration (mats, blankets, bolsters, pillows provided).
• Finally, resting in silence to enhance stillness and relaxation.

*Please note that sound bath sessions are not recommended if you have any of the following:

Epilepsy

Pacemakers

Metal plate or implants

Pregnancy- 1st trimester (Please consult doctor before attending sound bath if pregnant)

Advanced stages of cancer

If you are within 3 months of a major surgery
