Soundbath & Angel Cards With Sophie from The Wellness Tribe

This Soundbath & Angel Cards session is designed to help you slow down, reset and unwind at the end of the day. You’ll be guided into deep relaxation through a soothing soundbath, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to fully rest.

Following the soundbath, there will be time to gently explore angel cards. This will be offered in an intuitive, relaxed way, giving you the opportunity to reflect and receive any messages that resonate with you. No prior experience with sound healing or cards is needed – this is simply an invitation to pause and tune in.

Perfect if you’ve been feeling busy, overwhelmed or craving an hour to yourself in a calm, supportive space.
