Join us for Duality is Reality's Sound Session with Cole Knight & Lucaz Zaglul!

By focusing attention and awareness on the sound we are able to slow down brain waves to access our subconscious mind and re-connect to our bodies.

This creates an opportunity to go into a deep relaxation - giving space within ourselves to actually listen to our bodies and our intuition.

Join us for a 90 minute Sound Meditation experience at Ahana Yoga. You will lie down with an eye mask on and drop in with yourself. Cole & Lucaz will guide breath work and a sonic journey. Followed by dinner from Ghee Indian Kitchen.
