A 60min Sound Meditation session designed to help you unwind from the week and naturally slip into a state of calm and ease.

Session flow

7:25-7:30pm arrivng and settling

7:30-7:35pm Mindfulness Meditation, Grounding

7:35-8:pm Sound Meditation

8:25-8:30pm Gently returning

What to wear

To invite more ease, please wear clothing that feels comfortable and allows you to breath freely. If you tend to get cold easily, you may want to bring a shawl or scarf for comfort.
