About This Event

Join us for a 90 minute sound bath experience at the waterfront under the stars featuring two sound healers and over 60 live instruments.

Mary Sabin Wellness and Enlightened Sounds are coming together for a very special collaborative sound bath experience by the sea.

Both facilitators are certified sound healers, multi-instrumentalists and vocalists, trauma-informed, and trained in meditation and breathwork. Together, we create immersive journeys that support deep rest, emotional release, and nervous system recalibration.

Sound by the Sea is an invitation to slow down, soften, and experience the art of deep listening.

Allow your nervous system to unwind as you are held in a cocoon of sound while listening to the ocean waves and gazing up at the clouds and stars above. This outdoor evening immersion offers a rare opportunity to reset in nature while being bathed in live sound.

You will be surrounded by the resonance of 60+ sacred instruments, including:

Shamanic drums & Native American flute
Planetary gongs & Tibetan bowls
Crystal bowls & crystal harp
Harmonium, monolina & handpan
Bar chimes, equilibrium chimes, tuning forks & tingshas
