Sound Bath Meditation

We invite you to a very special sound bath hosted by Yelena of ZenCave at Naturalmat's showroom in Knutsford.

A sound bath is a therapeutic and meditative experience whereby you “bathe” in the sounds and vibrations produced by different instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drum, koshi chimes and crystal harp.

Through these sounds and vibrations your mind enters a meditative and relaxed state. This brings about relaxation at a mental, emotional, and physical level.

These sounds and vibrations work in perfect harmony with the peaceful environment of our famous Sleep Zone - and our amazingly comfortable mattresses - to create a truly relaxing experience.

Ticket Categories

Guests are welcome to share a King size bed between two, book an entire King size bed for themselves (both £25.00), or opt for a single Camping Mat (£15.00).

After the session we will be serving herbal teas, offering guests an opportunity to explore our newest and largest showroom.

The Venue

The sound bath will take place in the Sleep Zone at the back of our Knutsford Showroom.

Our Sleep Zone is an area where you can try out our range of mattresses, toppers and beds within a calm, secluded space, with screens to give you privacy, and sounds & scents offering a multi-sensory sleep experience.

During the event Yelena will transform our Sleep Zone into a zen den, kitted out with harps, bowls, chimes and drums to faclilitate your relaxation journey.

About Yelena

"Music and yoga have always been a big part of my life. I lived in and traveled through a lot of different countries rich in their traditional music and rituals. This has helped me to develop a unique approach to facilitating sound bath meditation, where I create a safe and nurturing space for deep relaxation and healing.

"Expect fusion of conventional sound bath instruments such as gong, singing bowls, chimes with traditional Indian instruments such as harmonium, tambura, ceremonial shankah, meditation bell and more. "

Please note that sound bath meditation is not suitable if you:
Wear certain hearing aids;
Have a pacemaker;
Suffer from seizures;
Are pregnant (1st trimester);
Are a child under 12 years old.
