Step into a welcoming space that holds you, softens you, and allows you to deeply rest and reset

Together we’ll plant seeds of renewal, take gentle moments to balance and breathe, and honour the shift into brighter days — days slowly becoming longer, draped in sunshine, inviting us to rise with them

As we gather, we plant the seeds to make way for strong roots to be established

Activities include:

🌱Planting seeds of renewal

🖊 Planning and creating your own affirmation card

🕯Candlelight sound bath with Amy at Sacred Sounds

🍰 Something sweet

Expect cosy refreshments, delicious sweet treats, and a soothing candlelight to honor deep rest and renewal to close to the evening

All materials and equipment included. Feel free to bring your old journal to guide you

Useful - Please feel free to bring your own blanket and cushion to be comfortable- However a mat and blanket is provided. If you would prefer not to lay down bring a camping chair.

PLEASE NOTE: This is no suitable for anyone with decreased mobilty due to the stairs and accessability of the site.
