I know personally and professionally the hard work and energy being on this path takes. Also, the curious wonder, the joy, relief, bliss and deep growth.

🌷 About Me

For those who don’t know me — hi, I’m Jade at Blossom Therapies.

I come from a counselling background and also work within the NHS, where I have experience facilitating reflective groups for staff. Alongside this, I offer a blend of Regression Therapy, Reiki, Light Language, Hypnotherapy, and intuitive energy practices — sprinkled with tools and techniques I’ve gathered along my own healing journey.

Everything I share, I have personally lived, practised, and benefitted from — whether through self-study, training, or years of working with clients in my zen den. If it has helped me, I know it can help you too.

My approach is gentle yet grounded, combining therapeutic wisdom with spiritual depth. I see myself as both a guide and a fellow traveller — here to hold space for your growth, healing, and awakening.
