Silver and Resin Pendant

Make your own sterling silver pendant filled with small objects embeded in crystal resin. These can be flowers, seeds, beads or anthing else that can fit. You will learn a number of metal working techniques - forming, soldering, piercing, filing, polishing. Crystal resin takes about 24 hours to cure, so students cannot take their creations home the same day, but they can collect them at some later date or get them sent by post.

Jewellery making workshops are focused on learning the basics of metal work. Small classes of max 5 students are led by award winning jewellery designer Filip Vanas in his studio in Marlay park, Dublin. Materials needed for class are included, extras are available to purchase at the workshop. Tea & coffee provided.
