Signet ring making workshop

Make a stunning hand carved silver signet ring using the ancient 'Lost Wax' carving technique.

Get your ticket for the event now, and pay for the weight of silver used at the workshop! (Usually the cost of silver is between £12-£30 extra, depending on the size of your jewellery).

This jewellery making technique is over 6,000 years old and still used today! At your workshop, you will be in complete creative control, able to design whatever you like on the face of your signet ring, whether it's a fingerprint, carved leaf or mountain or even your name!

There will be examples to show you incase you're stuck for choice, but paper and pencils are provided to draw up a little design first.

Your host, Mary, will help you along the way with guidance when needed and tips to help you create a beautiful ring. The rings will be cast in 100% recycled sterling silver, so it'll sparkle and shine forevermore! There's no need to buy a fast fashion signet ring again.

The carving process is truly calming, and alongside some drinks and good company, the lost wax carving workshop is a wonderful experience. Once the carved rings have been finished, your host will send them off to be cast in silver. The casting/polishing process takes only 2 weeks, and your ring will be ready to pick up from the venue again just 14 days after your workshop.
