See Forward Lab: A Hands-On Series on AI Music with Violin

In this exciting one of a kind of event, we will explore the potential partnership between AI models and live musicians – and their ability to co-create playable sets of music.

The event will feature a short live performance, improvising over the generated material and drawing parallels to classical and contemporary repertoire (e.g., Bach fugue structures, Piazzolla études, Sarasate-style virtuosity).

This series is designed to be a practical lab for understanding how generative music systems behave, where they fail (and why), and how to keep humans in control of musical decisions.
