Join Movement in Thyme for these beautiful seasonal forest bathing and nature connection sessions. Each session will be tailored to the season and will include breathwork, gentle awakening of the body, meditation and time to connect with trees and nature through craft. Join a single session or the whole series to explore the unique beauty of each season. Tickets cost £30pp per session.
