In SF, this holiday turns the whole city into one giant green celebration and nothing captures that vibe better than this pub crawl. LepraCon is the biggest St. Patrick's Day party in San Francisco with over 10,000 people show up to party across awesome neighborhoods like The Marina, Nob Hill, Russian Hill and Polk Gulch. It's been going strong for more than 10 years and it gets better every year. The whole thing runs over 3 awesome days, but the kickoff on Friday, March 13, 2026 will get the party started.
