Sacred Self-Care: A Self-Reflection Experience

Sacred Self-Care is an intentional evening designed to slow the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with your inner voice.

Hosted in partnership with The Melanated Wholistic Wellness Foundation and MELABUTTA, this guided experience centers reflection, ritual, and self-love through sensory practices, affirmation, and intentional creation.

This is not a traditional self-care class or DIY workshop. Every element of the evening is designed to support presence, self-awareness, and embodiment.

Throughout the evening, participants will be guided through a curated sequence of reflective and ritual-based experiences, including:

The Sacred Pause
A guided moment of stillness and silence to center yourself, connect inward, and listen to what your spirit is asking for in this season.

Genesis of Self
A reflective writing practice where attendees will create a personal manifesto guided by insights received during The Sacred Pause. This practice focuses on clarity, intention, and alignment with your Higher Self.

Higher Self Elixir Creation
Participants will intentionally create a custom 2-oz body oil using flowers, fragrance, herbs, and color. This is not a standard oil-making activity, but a ritual practice rooted in meaning, sensory connection, and self-honoring.

Affirm Sacred Reflection
A guided mirror experience where attendees will read their Genesis of Self aloud to themselves and anoint their body with their Higher Self Elixir, affirming self-love, presence, and embodiment.

Celebrate the Next Level of Self
Following the guided experience, attendees are invited to enjoy a complimentary entrée from Veganometry and shop MELABUTTA offerings.
