About This Event

We'll discuss the new national homelessness strategy and we can we turn the tide on rough sleeping through prevention.

Rough sleeping in the UK remains alarmingly high, with thousands of people without a safe place to stay each night. An estimated 8,732 people were rough sleeping in June 2025, which is a 13% rise since March and 5% higher than this time last year (Rough Sleeping Data Framework).

At this year's Rough Sleeping conference, we will explore the new national homelessness strategy and discuss practical ways to turn the tide on rough sleeping.

This conference will bring people across the sector together to share what’s working in terms of prevention and reducing long-term homelessness. Through inspiring speakers, panel discussions, and interactive sessions, we’ll focus on practical ways to better support people who are sleeping rough and reduce rough sleeping throughout the country.

Discounted places for small charities: If you are from a voluntary sector organisation with annual turnover of <£500,000 please take advantage of our small charity rate. Email events@homelesslink.org.uk for your discount code.
