The Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS) and Federation of Master Builders (FMB) Scotland are delighted to announce our first Architect-Builders Breakfast Seminar due to take place at RIAS Office, 15 Rutland Square, Edinburgh, EH1 2BE.

The most successful construction projects are those where the parties are able to work together towards a shared goal. Problems on construction projects will happen - it’s how we resolve them that will make a difference to the outcome. Every construction contract should incentivise collaboration and contain an efficient and effective problem-solving framework…and the parties shouldn't be afraid to use it.
