Rest & Reset: A Restorative Sound Bath Meditation

This midweek sound bath offers space to pause, reset, and gently move forward. Held at a natural seasonal threshold, the session supports release and a return to clarity and balance.

You’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing sound journey, supported by Reiki and carefully chosen aromatherapy.

The combination of sounds & vibrations, energy work, and scent helps calm the nervous system, soften the body, and create space for renewed vitality.

No experience is needed. You’re welcome to come exactly as you are -to rest, restore, and leave feeling more grounded, clear, and connected.

* Please contact Amy before booking if you have any allergies/medical contraindications or if you are pregnant. The Sound meditation and Aromatherapy are not suitable for people who have epilepsy or during the first 3 months of pregnancy.
