Relaxing Sound Bath - GARFORTH

Join Amy from Sacred Sounds at the beautiful Luna Aura studio in Garforth, Leeds for a relaxing sound bath.

Alongside the sound experience, Amy creates a warm sense of community and connection throughout the session. We’ll begin with herbal tea, an oracle card pull and optional sharing, before settling into a guided meditation and immersive sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments. You’ll be lying on yoga mats, so please consider suitability when booking.

Sound baths are deeply relaxing and nurturing. Occasionally, the experience may bring emotions to the surface as the body releases tension and stored energy. This is a natural part of the process, you will be held in a safe, supportive space, with full permission to pause, rest or step away at any time
