About This Event

If you’ve been feeling mentally loud, emotionally heavy, or just a little off lately, this is your sign.

Join us at LeHi Salon for a two-hour experience that blends grounding meditation, group Reiki, and intuitive oracle guidance. This is for anyone who wants a reset without having to “figure it all out” first.

You’ll be held, supported, and gently guided back into your body and your own clarity.

What We’ll Do (Flow)

• Grounding + guided meditation to settle your nervous system
• Group Reiki healing with individual focus as I move through the space (about 45 minutes)
• Integration circle (15–20 minutes) to help you land and make it real
• Mini card pulls + quick intuitive messages for each person to close us out

What You’ll Leave With

• A calmer, clearer nervous system
• A sense of emotional release (without the dramatic spiral)
• Intuitive insight from the cards
• A soft re-entry back into your week with more grounded energy

What To Bring

• Yoga mat to lay on (feel free to bring a blanket or pillow!)
• A journal + pen if you like to write things down
• Water bottle
• Wear comfy clothes you can fully relax in

About Your Practitioner

Jaz Whitlock is a Breathwork and Reiki practitioner as well as a psychic reader who creates grounded, heart-led spaces for people to come back to themselves. Her work blends nervous system support, energy healing, and intuitive guidance in a way that feels both spiritual and rooted in the human experience. Expect a calm, cozy container that still brings clarity, movement, and meaningful shifts you can actually feel.

A Note About This Space

This event will take place inside of Let Em Have It Salon! This will be a group setting. In our spaces, you’re always in charge of your own experience and can adjust or modify however is needed. You can participate as much or as quietly as you want. No pressure to share.
