Reiki Meditation & Soundbath

Join me for a deeply nurturing evening of Reiki meditation and healing sound. You’ll be guided into stillness with a gentle guided meditation with optional Reiki offered throughout the session (distance or light touch, depending on comfort and consent). Helping you achieve energetic alignment, soul nourishment, and deep nervous system rest.

From there, allow yourself to be bathed in therapeutic sound waves from singing bowls, chimes and more - designed to help your whole being soften, recalibrate, and release.

This is a space of deep listening, soft presence, and compassionate energy. No experience of Reiki, meditation or sound healing needed - just bring yourself and a willingness to receive.

What to expect:

• A gentle Reiki-guided meditation to connect with your body, breath and energy
• Hands on (or off) healing, both for the group and 1:1
• A deeply immersive soundbath using a range of healing instruments
• Time to rest, reflect, and integrate in closing

What to bring:

Please wear comfy clothes. Although everything you need will be provided, please feel free to bring any special blankets or cushions.

About the venue:

Studio 6 is on the second floor and therefore has limited accessibility. Please contact us for any further information. On street parking is available at the venue. Part of this workshop is floor based, please get in touch if you have mobility issues.

Please note: The event is not suitable for the following health conditions: epilepsy, heart conditions (incl.pacemakers), any metal implants inside the body or first trimester of pregnancy. Please consult your doctor if you are concerned about any health issues ahead of the session.

Eva Lake is a Holistic Healing Practitioner and Soul Doula for life’s big transitions. Holding a deeply nurturing, judgment-free space, Eva guides her clients with a variety of healing modalities so they can feel whole, empowered, and at home in themselves again.
