About This Event

Join us for a deep dive reflecting on our clinical practice with TGNB people/adults to think, learn, grow, consider different points of view, and to support each other.

Are you an experienced mental health clinician providing psychological support and/or assessments to trans, gender-diverse, and non-binary people? Would it be helpful to share your experience of this work and hear from others working in the field?

Do your professional needs in this space include…

  • a safe and supportive environment that welcomes deep clinical reflection,
  • access to the shared wisdom and comradery of like-minded peers, and
  • the opportunity to openly reflect on your experiences as the clinician?

We’ll explore clinical issues together, sharing perspectives and reflecting on what ethical, evidence‑informed therapy and assessment look like in this context. The day will offer space for us as the individuals that undertake this work, to think aloud, question, challenge, and consider our own experiences as practitioners and people. It will be an opportunity to extend and support our thinking and gender-affirming practice, with the shared understanding that all contributions are offered in good faith.
