About This Event

A Valentine’s Day Red Tent inspired by ancient feminine gathering spaces, offering an afternoon of cacao, embodiment, and sisterhood.

What is a Red Tent?

A Red Tent is a traditional feminine gathering space found across many cultures, where women would come together to rest, share, and be supported through life’s cycles. In modern times, Red Tents are held as intentional spaces for women to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and be nourished through presence, ritual, and community.

This Red Tent is not a workshop or performance-based experience. It’s a soft, held environment that prioritises safety, consent, and being exactly as you are.

Overview:

This Valentine’s Day Red Tent offers an afternoon of cacao, guided meditation, gentle feminine embodiment practices for self-love, and consent-based partner and group practices to support connection and sisterhood. There will be spaciousness for group sharing, rest, and organic community engagement, all held within a warm, intimate ambience of red drapes, dim lighting, and a calm, grounded energy.

What to expect:

• Cacao Ceremony
We’ll open with a heart-opening cacao ceremony using ceremonial cacao from Bali, creating a gentle transition into presence and connection.

• Feminine Embodiment & Self-Love Practices
Guided practices to support nervous-system settling, embodiment, and self-love, including both solo and gentle, consent-based partner practices.

• Sisterhood & Community Space
Spaciousness for group sharing, witnessing, and organic connection within a supportive circle of women.

• Safe Atmosphere
A warm, held ambience with red drapes, dim lighting, and a soft, grounding environment designed to support safety, relaxation, and sensual presence.

• Integration & Closing Circle
Time to integrate the experience and close the gathering with intention and care.

All women are welcome and no prior experience is needed.
