Dr Shireen is a London trained GP with a deep passion for skincare, women’s health, and overall wellness. She qualified from Imperial College London with distinction in 2010 and has since dedicated her career to empowering people to understand and care for their health and skin.

Alongside her NHS work, she runs an educational platform on Instagram and TikTok, where she shares evidence based advice on skincare, women’s health, and self-care practices that truly make a difference.

Dr Shireen also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education from UCL, reflecting her strong commitment to teaching and knowledge sharing. She regularly speaks at panel events and wellness talks, inspiring others to take charge of their wellbeing with confidence and clarity.

With her combined medical expertise and approachable style, Dr Shireen bridges the gap between science and everyday self-care - making wellness accessible, empowering, and sustainable for all.
